FUT Technique
In this there is removal of a strip of scalp containing hair follicles from the donor area (typically the back or sides of the scalp) and then dissecting it into individual hair grafts for transplantation into the recipient area. FUE Technique
The hair follicles are cut out directly from the back of the head through tiny punch incisions. Then tiny holes are made with a blade or needle in the area of the scalp receiving the hair follicle grafts. Grafts are placed in the holes created and a bandage is done afterwards to keep them in place.
